I was born and raised in Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines. I’m married to a wonderful man who has inspired me to be the best person I can be. We have one beautiful daughter who is always keeping me to move forward! I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at the International School for Hotel and Restaurant Management (ISHRM). I’m a 2nd year undergrad.

I’m a former Customer Service Representative in a BPO Company for 1 year and 4 months in a Retail account I do inbound call. I manage to help the customers regarding their concerns from their orders, returns and exchange, refund, payment, billing and more. I’ve been an Encoder for 2 years also, I encodes information into data system.  I have a strong desire to help people, and I love the feeling of making a difference in the lives of others. I am reliable, responsible, and hardworking person who can be counted on to get things done. I can adapt to any situation and work effectively in a team environment.
